Hi. My name is Paula, and I'm called to do a couple of things in this world. For one. . . Holistic Health, as in I'm a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (aka Holistic Health Coach), Reiki Practitioner, Herbalist, and Essential Oils Educator. People who have lost their inner Spark, their energy, or their joy, hire me to help them figure out where it went and how to reinstall it. They might also feel listless, restless, or trapped in a rut, but I assure you there is LIFE at the end of the tunnel. https://www.TakingBackWellness.com But Primarily, I'm a Writer, Editor, and Communications Coach.
